Enjoy Wilderness And Game Viewing In Kruger National Park And Okavango In Africa

Kruger National Park and Okavango Delta are two best places in Africa for viewing the wildlife. If you wish to visit these two places, choose the right season and make your lodging arrangements well in advance to avoid last minute holiday hassles. A few tips and suggestions can help you plan and organize your travel to these places.

If you want to see migratory birds, wild animals and newborn animals, it is best time to visit Kruger National Park in dry winter season. You can plan a trip from November to April. The weather is pleasant; vegetation is less dense and provides excellent game animal views without any obstructions.

Okavango delta is best place to see wildlife during the dry season, from month of May until October. Dense groups of animals gather near the water sources to quench their thirst. In this season, there is no rain, fewer mosquitoes and ideal time to spend in Botswana’s Okavango Delta.

In Okavango and Kruger National Parks, you can either book your stay in the lodges or camp outdoors. Be aware of wild animals and stay with your group at all times. Follow all safety regulations to enjoy Africa’s wilderness and natural beauty.
